The latest generation of Formula<\/a> line machines and Signum20<\/a> are the novelties that Stemma will unveil at the next SIMAC<\/a>, international trade fair of machines and technology for footwear industry, that will took place in Milano from 20th to 22nd September 2022<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The latest results in terms of technological innovations and product updates will be show at our stand F45-G46 in hall 14<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

FORMULA<\/strong> is the flagship product of STEMMA. The latest generation of machines for polyurethane direct injection<\/strong> on the upper has contributed to the relaunch of triple density<\/a>, the sole moulding technology on three levels able to combine the specific properties of the materials used. An excellent solution for footwear with an innovative design and high technical and quality standards.<\/p>\n

For the production of polyurethane boots, Stemma presents SIGNUM20.<\/strong> A system that, thanks to the RPU\u00ae spray technology<\/a>, ensures productivity increased by 30% compared to traditional processes and allows the creation of extremely light boots, with very thin thicknesses and well-defined details.<\/p>\n

Finally, the new software, which are worth discovering and are used to monitor and constantly analyse process and production data<\/strong>, developed to simplify and support the operator\u2019s work in a true industry 4.0 perspective, complete the new automated systems FORMULA and SIGNUM20.<\/p>\n
